Cancelling Orders

❌ Can I cancel my order?

If your order is still in an unfulfilled status, we can usually cancel it with no problem. However, once your order has moved into fulfilled status (which means it’s already being packed or has shipped), we’re no longer able to cancel it.

If you’re unsure, reach out to us as soon as possible — the sooner we hear from you, the more likely we can help.
