Orders Arriving Damaged
My order arrived damaged — what should I do?
We pack every order with care (and lots of bubble wrap), but accidents can happen. If your item arrived broken, don’t stress — we’ve got you covered.
📦 Step 1: Keep the box and packing materials
Don’t throw anything away just yet. If your item was damaged in transit, we may need photos of the packaging to file a claim with the carrier.
📸 Step 2: Take clear photos
Please take multiple, well-lit photos of:
- The damaged item(s)
- The shipping box
- All packing materials
This helps us verify the issue and speed up your replacement or refund.
📩 Step 3: Email us
Send the photos and a brief message to contact@dankgeek.com as soon as possible. Our team will review everything and take care of you quickly. We will need the photos within 30 days of the delivery date.
🔁 What happens next?
Depending on the situation, we’ll either:
- Send you a return label if we need the damaged item back
