Haven’t received your order after 10 days?
If it’s been 10 business days since your order shipped and there are no updates on your tracking number, your package may be lost in transit. Just reach out to us, and we’ll gladly issue a replacement or full refund — your choice.
Tracking says “Delivered” but nothing arrived?
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive the package — and we shipped it to the address you entered at checkout — we’ll ask you to:
- Double-check with housemates, neighbors, leasing offices, or mail rooms
Contact USPS to open a missing mail case or package search
(They’re often able to recover the package within a few days.)
Once you’ve filed a case, let us know — we’re here to help however we can.
