Can I return my item?

We keep it simple — and we keep it fair.

Returns are determined on a case-by-case basis due to the nature of our products. We know things don’t always go as planned, so if something’s off, reach out to us first before reacting. We’ll always do everything we can to make it right for you.

✅ If a return is approved:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
• Products must be returned exactly as received — clean, intact, and not used
• Electronics are a bit more tricky. They need to be in their original, unopened package for returns. If you receive an electronic device and break the seal/remove from the packaging, our hands our mostly tied. We will still try and make it right for you the best way we can.
