Refund & Return Policy

At DankGeek, we want you to love your purchase. Due to the nature of our products (glass items like pipes, bongs, and rigs, plus electronics like vapes, batteries, and chargers), we do not accept returns or refunds on used, opened, or consumable items for hygiene, safety, and resale reasons. All sales of used or opened products are final. No exceptions.

BUT we stand behind what we sell and will do our best to make things right!

• Damaged in Shipping or Manufacturing Defect

  Contact us at contact@dankgeek.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence of the issue. We will replace the item at no cost to you or issue a full refund (you will not pay return shipping). Thoroughly inspect your package upon arrival. Glass is fragile!

• Defective Electronics

  Many of our electronics come with manufacturer warranties (typically 30 to 90 days or more). If something is not working right, email us with details and proof. We will guide you through the warranty process, help file a claim, or replace or refund based on the situation.

• Unopened / Unused Items

  If the item is completely unused, in its original sealed packaging, with all tags and seals intact and in brand-new, resalable condition, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  Email us first for approval and instructions.

  You pay return shipping (we recommend insuring and tracking it).

  Once we receive and inspect it (usually 2 to 3 business days), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or instant store credit (no restocking fees). Store credit is often fastest!

Important Notes

We do not accept international returns (shipping costs are too high. All international sales are final).

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after inspection.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that appear used, damaged by misuse, or do not meet conditions.

For fragile glass, consider adding shipping protection (like our Dank Protection!) at checkout. It is highly recommended!
