Wrong Item/Color Received
If your order arrived in a different color than expected, here’s what you should know:
Many of our listings show products in multiple colors, but unless there's an option to select a specific variant, colors are shipped randomly based on availability. Most listings note this in the description, and we're actively updating older pages to make it even clearer.
If there was no button to choose a color, we unfortunately can’t accommodate color requests — and returns or refunds can’t be offered for color preference in these cases.
That said, if you received the wrong item entirely (different product, size, or model), that’s on us — send us a quick message and we’ll make it right.
